Cooking with Nick and Amanda

Tonight for dinner we decided to cook together before the "newly wed" stage wears off and the kitchen is too small to cook together. We made Lemon Chicken with Rosemary, Potatoes and Olives and a tomato and mozzarella dish that Nick enjoys calling Tomato Basil Surprise. It turned out delicious.

In other news, we got Echo's kennel today. And....we bought a couch. We were hoping to wait, but we found a sale that was ending today via T.V. ad. It was quite a bit cheaper than anything else we've seen in the last weeks, so we went ahead and got it while it was on sale. They deliver and assemble for free, which is a large plus. We also went Frisbee golfing in the Golden Gate Park, which was beautiful. A tricky course because there are so many trees.
